Job summary

The Vice President of Global Account Management is tasked with overseeing the health and retention of a significant portfolio of corporate client accounts, ensuring profitability and growth while fostering strong global relationships. This role involves leading a team of Global Account Directors and is pivotal in developing client retention strategies and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate client or account management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in domestic relocation and/or international assignment management, including operational management.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Financial and accounting knowledge with prior P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strategic planning capabilities.
  • Familiarity with business application technology is preferred.
  • Global living or working experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Directors in Global Account Management.
  • Guide client retention strategies and oversee quarterly governance and annual client reviews.
  • Ensure effective client communication and manage contract renewals and renegotiations.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and growth opportunities, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive portfolio profitability through P&L analysis and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the global sales team on RFPs and support new business opportunities.
  • Work with global operations teams to meet client satisfaction goals and manage escalations.
