Qualifications

• Familiarity with subscription-based business models, both SaaS and on-premises.
• Ability to coach teams through complex negotiations and structured deal execution.
• Strong communication skills for guiding distributed teams in an all-remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engagement Managers responsible for consultative Professional Services selling.
• Oversee regional Professional Services bookings and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Coach team members on pipeline generation, customer discovery, and proposal creation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leaders to align strategies and priorities.
• Distribute customer opportunities to ensure balanced coverage across regions.
• Develop strategic proposals that align with Sales and Customer Success.
• Enhance the Professional Services sales process for improved efficiency and consistency.
