• Strong client relationship management skills, capable of engaging with finance managers and CFOs.
• Experience in driving value-led finance projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a history of managing high-performance teams.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and design finance transformation journeys to create a global finance organization.
• Implement touchless operations, including automation of accounts payables and digital closing processes.
• Develop new global operating models and enhance business partnering capabilities.
• Introduce advanced finance capabilities such as analytics, forecasting, and digital reporting tools.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders and drive sales activities.
