Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior finance leadership position with comprehensive responsibility across financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controlling, accounting, and global reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex global financial consolidation and reporting across multiple entities and regions.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams in international matrix organizations.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a focus on business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial initiatives and business strategy, ensuring accurate representation of financial statements.
• Oversee global financial consolidation and reporting processes across various regions and legal entities.
• Manage monthly financial reporting, providing analysis of operating results and variances.
• Direct a global FP&A team and handle project accounting responsibilities, including revenue recognition and cash flow analysis.
• Support risk assessment processes and collaborate with various departments on financial matters.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and participate in acquisition analysis and integration efforts.
• Drive process automation and streamline financial operations, developing key performance indicators.
