Job summary

This role involves leading finance within a transformative environment, acting as a key partner to the Group CFO and the Danish business unit's leadership. The position is pivotal in driving commercial impact and ensuring financial strategies align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance.
• Several years of experience in a similar role within a large international organization, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Proven leadership experience and a strong background in business partnering or as a CFO.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategy into actionable financial targets and plans.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, margin, and mix, providing actionable recommendations.
• Challenge assumptions and stress-test business cases to improve decision-making quality.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, serving as an early warning system for risks and opportunities.
• Track KPIs related to revenue, margin, working capital, and cash flow, ensuring timely actions on gaps.
• Develop and mentor a team of two, ensuring high-quality financial partnership across seven business units.
• Enhance the finance function by developing tools, improving reporting clarity, and strengthening governance.

Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Nordic or Baltic languages is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
