Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Over 5 years of experience as a business controller or Finance Business Partner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and tackle complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
• Experience in a dynamic multinational environment
• SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for the assigned area in Group
• Prepare monthly management reports ensuring high-quality financials
• Increase transparency and understanding of financial data
• Act as a trusted finance partner for the executive Management Team
• Produce yearly budgets and conduct monthly follow-ups on actuals
• Ensure cost targets are met and maintain financial discipline
• Drive the budget and forecast planning process
• Collaborate with other group teams on finance-related topics
