Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and provide reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process in alignment with sales objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate market feedback into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Lead and foster a positive work environment for a growing team.
