Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the technical capabilities of commercial representatives within a growing organization. The position involves creating educational content and supporting the onboarding process to ensure sales and customer success teams effectively utilize their tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field combining IT/Tech with Business or Communication.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous. Experience with video editing tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear knowledge articles and FAQs for commercial tools.
• Organize and maintain content within the internal Commercial Tech Academy.
• Edit and produce tutorial videos demonstrating efficient tool usage.
• Create engaging e-learning modules to facilitate onboarding and skill mastery.
• Assist in the training and technical onboarding of new commercial representatives.

Skills

Education
