Job summary

The Commercial Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading the design and execution of customer commercial strategies and negotiations. This position focuses on empowering customers in their digital journey, particularly within the Education and Nonprofit sectors, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their needs while maintaining compliance and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and business growth while ensuring compliance throughout the sales process.
  • Understand customer needs, address objections, and tailor commercial solutions for long-term success.
  • Lead internal and external sales through effective deal-making and commercial constructs.
  • Identify and maximize business opportunities with new offerings and ensure successful deal execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance stakeholders to define negotiation strategies and drive internal alignment on pricing and terms.
  • Prepare compelling negotiation proposals and effectively address customer concerns.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help customers achieve their business goals and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales and negotiation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Proven experience in sales and negotiation, with a Master's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of related experience.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales and negotiation tools and platforms relevant to commercial strategy execution.
