Job summary

This role involves supporting a significant ERP transformation initiative within a transformation management office. The position is designed for a student who will assist in various analytical and organizational tasks to facilitate the transformation process.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program with at least 1.5 years until graduation.
• Fields of study include Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Strong dedication, attention to detail, and curiosity.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transformation management analyses and prepare reports for leadership.
• Develop communication materials to promote transparency and consistency in the transformation efforts.
• Maintain organizational charts and distribution lists to ensure effective coordination.
• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to support transformation activities.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to simplify complex information and draw fact-based conclusions.
• Initiative to identify and act on opportunities independently.
• Familiarity with SAP and project management is a plus but not required.

Education

• Must be a current university student with a focus on relevant fields.
