• Design a central monitoring process to identify and address inventory issues, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify drivers of inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Govern the execution of excess inventory management, establishing sell-through targets and tracking performance.
