Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing AI model performance through the quality and structure of training data. The position involves leading the curation, assessment, and optimization of large-scale unstructured datasets, collaborating with research and engineering teams to improve dataset diversity and impact.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in machine learning, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI training pipelines, including dataset preprocessing and optimization.
• Experience with large unstructured datasets, especially in text-based domains.
• Background in statistical analysis and data validation methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and optimization of unstructured datasets for AI training.
• Design and implement statistical methods to assess data quality and diversity.
• Collaborate with model training teams to identify and resolve data bottlenecks.
