Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Significant experience in the offshore wind industry
• Proven track record in engineering system design and optimization
• Strong project management skills and organizational abilities
• Ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams
• Willingness to undergo offshore safety training and travel
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-disciplinary activities, ensuring safety and deliverability
• Identify and resolve technical interface issues
• Develop and maintain interface management tools and documentation
• Communicate interface risks to project stakeholders
• Coordinate regular meetings with suppliers and internal teams
• Support design review processes and participate in safety reviews
• Execute project engineering tasks to optimize design decisions
• Manage integration of innovation workstreams and feasibility assessments
