Process Excellence Specialist (Renewable Energy, Kolding/Amsterdam/London/Hamburg/Solna)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing operational processes within the renewable energy sector, specifically in the context of achieving fossil freedom. The Process Excellence Specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and optimize process flows, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, quality management, or business administration.
• Minimum of five years of experience in business process design and optimization, preferably within an integrated management system.
• Proficient in lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) and their application.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process owners and governance experts to develop coordinated value streams.
• Ensure processes align with Integrated Management System requirements and business objectives.
• Identify and harmonize gaps or overlaps in existing processes to minimize delays.
• Use performance data to identify improvement opportunities and lead lean initiatives.
• Conduct evaluations to ensure processes deliver measurable results and enhance quality.

Skills

• Expertise in business process design and optimization using lean/kaizen methods.
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 modeling and APQC frameworks; experience with ARIS is a plus.
• Strong collaborative skills for engaging stakeholders across teams.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for coaching and presentations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

• Business process management tools such as ARIS.
