Microsoft 365 & Copilot Specialist (IT, Hellerup)

Job summary

The role involves serving as a technical lead on a project aimed at enhancing the use of Microsoft 365 products and digital tools. The specialist will be responsible for training users and optimizing processes using AI tools within the Microsoft 365 suite.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Purview, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Strong interest in AI tools within the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Relevant educational background in IT with a focus on communication, application, and data management.
• Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 'Digital Capabilities' project to improve user utilization of Microsoft 365 products.
• Support development tasks in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Optimize IT processes using AI.
• Manage SharePoint Online tenant and assist with intranet maintenance.
• Support the creation and maintenance of SharePoint project sites.
• Collaborate with the security team to set up Purview.
• Maintain user documentation, guides, and process descriptions.

Education

• Relevant degree in IT or related field.
