Responsibilities

• Facilitate Global Leadership Compass workshops both virtually and in-person, ensuring engagement and alignment with leadership direction.
• Apply strong facilitation techniques and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Drive the regional embedding of leadership frameworks into local practices.
• Conduct follow-up sessions and cohort-based learning to reinforce insights and accountability.
• Assist leaders in translating insights into actionable routines.
• Deliver targeted skill-building sessions for specific leader groups.
• Support leader segmentation based on context and business needs.
• Collect feedback to improve content and measure leadership impact.
• Collaborate with leadership development partners and senior leaders to align with business priorities.
