Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as Prosci, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale change and complex projects in technical or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a change framework for smooth adoption across teams.
• Lead projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Develop communication, training, and engagement strategies to enhance project adoption.
• Measure outcomes and track adoption to improve project practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, simplifying complex topics.

Skills

• Strong understanding of new technologies and ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in using metrics to guide decisions and outcomes.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with active execution in ambiguous environments.
• Proficient in German and very good English (C1).

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications preferred.
