Head of Global Service PMO (Renewable Energy, Copenhagen)

Job summary

Lead transformative initiatives in renewable energy deployment by overseeing the Global Service PMO, ensuring project governance and execution align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
• Over 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record in managing complex, global change-management activities
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Planner, Jira, or similar

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage portfolio projects in alignment with service strategy
• Establish a global project execution framework in collaboration with regional units
• Create transparency in project performance through KPIs and reporting tools
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
• Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies for projects
• Serve as the primary alignment point across various business units and regions
• Ensure efficient PMO operations and continuous improvement
