Qualifications

  • Degree in Physics or related fields such as Engineering Physics, Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, or Optics and Acoustics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physics.
  • Proficiency in written English at a C1/C2 level.
  • Strong skills in Python for numerical validation.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPhys, EurPhys, MInstP) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Project time expectations

Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, depending on specific project needs.

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to $42 per hour, with compensation varying based on project scope, complexity, and required expertise.

  • Design physics problems that reflect real-world applications.
  • Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, assumptions, and constraints.
  • Validate calculations or simulations using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
  • Enhance AI reasoning to meet industry-standard logic.
  • Apply structured scoring criteria to complex, multi-step problems.
