Embedded Security Project Manager (Remote, EMEA)

Job summary

This position focuses on enhancing the delivery of large-scale data center and critical infrastructure projects by managing the technical aspects of physical and electronic security systems. The role requires regular travel to project sites and involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality installation and compliance with global standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, security technology, construction management, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Strong practical experience with Lenel OnGuard and Milestone XProtect.
• Familiarity with ACS/VMS integrations, intrusion detection, intercoms, sensors, and IP-based security systems.
• Experience in validating functional tests and witnessing commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of security system elements within data center projects.
• Ensure technical installation quality and system integration accuracy.
• Conduct site surveys and collaborate with local teams to document technical requirements.
• Act as the on-site security representative, coordinating with construction and infrastructure teams.
• Lead functional testing of security systems and document results for remediation.
• Validate commissioning performed by integrators and ensure readiness for handover.
• Produce structured site reports and track corrective actions.
• Review technical documentation to support accurate project delivery.
