Data Associate (Supply Chain Management, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This consultancy role focuses on providing surge capacity to the Supply Chain Orchestration and Analytics (SCOA) function by enhancing the daily operations and continuous improvement of the SCOA Control Tower. The position involves data preparation, KPI monitoring, analytical reporting, and coordination of data inputs.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (high school or equivalent) is required.
• A first-level or advanced degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas; reduced to 3 years with a relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection and validation of supply chain data from various sources for the SCOA Control Tower.
• Perform data validation and quality checks, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Monitor ETL processes and coordinate with IT teams to resolve data issues.
• Prepare analytical datasets and monitor early-warning indicators.
• Develop reports, presentations, and visual summaries for meetings and reviews.
• Assist in maintaining analytical datasets and reporting outputs for global visibility.
• Coordinate routine data submissions from various offices and support communication on data-related matters.

Skills

• Proficient in data preparation, validation, and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Tools

• ERP systems, country reporting tools, logistics platforms, SQL, Power BI.
