Job summary

This internship offers an opportunity to explore new play experiences through concept development and prototyping within a creative innovation hub. Interns will work on ideation and build prototypes that integrate existing elements and new inventions.

Qualifications

• Must be a student for the entire internship duration.
• Expected to graduate after December 31, 2026.
• Internship must contribute to course credit and be a compulsory part of education.
• Availability from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ideate and conceptualize future toy designs.
• Engage in personal curiosity projects and team initiatives.
• Participate in innovation missions to develop playable prototypes.

Skills

Perks

• Experience in sketching, painting, sculpture, woodwork, graphic design, LEGO model building, textiles, and machine workshop tools.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD programs, game engines, coding, videography/editing, and architectural prototyping is beneficial.
• Strong curiosity, bravery in facing challenges, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a vision for future concepts.
• Work in a passionate, creative environment and build a professional network.
• Experience living and working at the global headquarters in Billund, Denmark.
