Collection Management Specialist (Retail, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the collection management team through strategic analysis and operational excellence to enhance product offerings. The position requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making and improve collection development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in collection/product management, merchandising, or related analytical and creative roles.
• Equivalent mix of experience and education is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to 3-year and 1-year collection strategies through analysis and scenario modeling.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and track performance metrics to inform collection direction.
• Support the creation of collection-level range architecture and develop assortment line plans.
• Conduct pricing benchmarks and maintain accurate lifecycle data.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and drive alignment across teams.

Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent conceptual and visual communication skills.
• Solid understanding of assortment, pricing, and lifecycle dynamics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and assortment planning tools, including Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
