Change Manager (Logistics, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves establishing a comprehensive change management framework for master data management, enhancing data quality, and ensuring effective communication of changes across various projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in change management, ideally in business or IT contexts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with complex projects; prior project management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• A master's degree in finance or IT is preferred, though relevant experience is more critical.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the change management strategy and end-to-end MDM change process.
• Ensure compliance with MDM standards, policies, and data quality principles for all changes.
• Assist team members with change-related tasks, including creating communication plans and training materials.
• Coordinate training sessions and tests across departments.
• Conduct training for group process owners on communication and stakeholder mapping.
• Report on the progress of change management activities to relevant stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills to implement a new change management framework while adhering to existing standards.
• Ability to foster governance and progress through collaboration with others.

Education

• A master's degree in finance or IT is preferred but not essential if relevant experience is demonstrated.

Tools

• Familiarity with SAP MDG is a plus.
