Job summary

This role involves leading a team within the Distributed Control Systems (DCS) department, focusing on delivering advanced DCS solutions for pharmaceutical production. The Associate Manager will support team development and ensure high-quality project execution through effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Degree in engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with DCS systems is advantageous.
• Initial experience in people management or a strong desire to grow in this area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of DCS engineers in collaboration with senior management.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Align resources and priorities with project needs to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate DCS deliveries.
• Engage with projects to understand technical solutions and customer requirements, promoting continuous improvement.
